Licence Details

Definitions

Terms used herein shall have the following definitions:

LICENSEE: The person or organisation who has requested a licence and has accepted and agreed to the terms specified in the EULA.

CREATORS/US: MyOffice24x7 Pty Ltd, it's owners, employees and contractors.

PRODUCT: The computer software package titled 'FleetSSL cPanel' provided by the creators for the licencees sole use.

General Terms

Please note, all of our licences are covered under the End User Licence Agreement (referred to as the EULA).

All licences are non-transferable. Exceptions will be made for typographical errors or issues during ordering. Please contact us for further information.

The specific licence agreement for the Developer Licence is available here.

The product is licenced on a server basis, and will work with an unlimited amount of users per server.

Trial Licence

The trial licence is to be used to evaluate the product on a single cPanel server for a period of 3 (three) days. The fully featured product is provided to the licensee by the creators to evaluate the functionality of the product prior to purchasing.

Limited support is provided to licencees by the creators for the duration of the evaluation period.

If the licensee requires further evaluation or there are issues during the evaluation period, please contact us and we will assess requests on a case by case basis.

Individual Licence

The individual licence is for individual users hosting their own cPanel servers, or small businesses with a limited server deployment. Licences are provided for each server and are verified by the product upon install and use.

Licences are non-transferrable and a new licence will need to be purchased for new servers. If the licencee requires more than 5 (five) licences, we recommend purchasing the Organisation licence.

This licence entitles the licencee to updates for the lifetime of the product.

This licence entitles the licencee to 1 (one) year of email support from the date of purchase.

Organisation Licence

The Organisation licence is for organisations who host a large fleet of servers and/or cPanel resellers.

Rule of thumb: Am I the only root administrator of this cPanel server?

This licence may be used on an unlimited number of servers where you (the Licensee) are the sole administrator of the cPanel server.

Examples of acceptable uses: Shared hosting servers (including WHM reseller accounts). Managed cPanel servers (without giving away root access).

Examples of prohibited uses: Selling, sharing or giving away the licence. Use of the licence after the server is transferred outside of the organisation. Unmanaged cPanel servers (where root access is given away).

If a person outside of your organisation has root access to the cPanel server, then you must purchase a Sub-Organisation licence.

This licence entitles the licencee to updates for the lifetime of the product.

This licence entitles the licencee to 1 (one) year of email support from the date of purchase.

The above terms were updated on 2020-11-29 in order to make them easier to understand. The effect of the terms have not changed.

Developer Licence

The developer licence is offered to organisations wishing to audit or customise the source code for their specific needs.

Please contact us for further information.

SubOrganisation Licence

A Sub-Organisation licence is a discounted volume licence (similar to CloudLinux) tailored to meet the needs of your business.

This licence is for use in environments where organisations sell servers with cPanel installations, but where the server is operated under/by a separate entity/organisation.

Please contact us for further information.

1-Year Support Licence

This licence entitles the licencee to 1 (one) year of email support from the date of purchase.
